Sleep tight!

As  educational workers, it is important to make sure you have a good sleeping habit. Something which takes time to create and it takes a lot of dedication too!

Teaching is a lifestyle choice so it is really important to remember not to sacrifice your own physical health. Sleep is a much needed process in our lives to help us function to the best of our abilities.

  1. This is so true! A good sleep habit is hard to achieve and hard to maintain. It is awesome that you have noted this. Sleep seems easy, but it can be a hard habit to maintain. 🙂
